Scaling Impact in Germany: A Strong Partnership with BOTI Global and Smyths Toys

Over the past year, we’ve had the opportunity to work closely with BOTI Global Ltd., with a clear strategic focus on strengthening their presence in the German market together with retail partner Smyths Toys Superstores.

Driving Visibility and Sell-Through

Across Q3 and Q4 of 2025, we launched seven influencer campaigns spanning multiple brands within BOTI’s portfolio. Each campaign was carefully designed not just to build awareness, but to actively drive sell-through at retail.

The results speak for themselves.

With a combined reach exceeding 5 million, the campaigns generated strong engagement and enthusiasm across audiences. But just as importantly, they resonated with the retailer as well. Smyths Toys Germany recognized both the quality of the content and the strategic approach behind it, further strengthening their collaboration with BOTI.

More Than Distribution

What makes BOTI particularly interesting is that they go beyond traditional distribution. In addition to representing leading toy brands, they are actively investing in their own product development signaling a clear ambition to build and grow their own IP portfolio.

And this is only the beginning. There’s more to come on that front later this year.

Expanding the Partnership

We’re proud to continue building our relationship with BOTI, and to now expand our collaboration structurally into the Benelux region as well. A natural next step, driven by shared ambition and strong results.
