A Successful Collaboration with Disney and What It Says About the Power of Influencer Marketing

Yesterday marked a milestone for us at Crafters & Drifters: a visit to the offices of The Walt Disney Company. While that alone is a pinch-me moment, what made it truly special was what we were there to celebrate and what lies ahead.

We recently wrapped our very first influencer campaign for Stitch, in collaboration with Action, and we’re thrilled to share that the results far exceeded expectations. The reach? Massive. The audience penetration? Deep. And most importantly for our partners: the impact on sell-through was unmistakable.

One of the highlights of our visit was hearing how the Disney team benchmarked our campaign performance against their own internal digital metrics and how impressed they were with what we delivered.

From mass retail (like Action) to specialty toy stores, e-tail, and even value retail, we’ve developed a model that translates community engagement into tangible sell-through. Whether we’re working with global licenses or challenger brands, our approach is designed to convert, not just impress.

And speaking of value retail: we're proud to be the first to successfully implement influencer marketing in this space. It’s not always easy to connect online communities to offline sales, but when you build with intent, it works.
