Since our early days, we’ve built a trusted network of talented specialists across Europe. Our compact and agile team, supported by creatives, photographers, videographers, strategists, and event producers, works closely with brands to create content that moves people and builds real connection.
Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to work with both household names and bold newcomers. Before founding Crafters & Drifters in 2017, Dean Marc had already spent years immersed in the world of digital marketing and PR. He witnessed the rise of influencer marketing from the ground up and saw early on its potential to connect brands with audiences in a more human, authentic way.
As our Creative Director and influencer marketing lead, Dean brings not just experience, but vision. His belief has always been simple: real connection comes from showing up. That’s why he’s not just the name behind the brand, but the face at the forefront, actively building relationships, guiding campaigns, and leading our creative community from the front.
Simone Hulst
Business & Brand Strategy Director
At the heart of Simone's work lies a belief in the power of storytelling to forge genuine connections between brands and their audiences. With a career spanning global giants like Hasbro, Disney, and Mattel, she has consistently championed strategies that prioritize empathy, authenticity, and long-term relationships over fleeting trends.
Her innovative campaigns, like the groundbreaking collaboration with the retailer Action x Hasbro brands, demonstrate her ability to blend strategic insight with creative execution, resulting in significant growth and industry recognition.
Beyond her professional achievements, Simone is a dedicated advocate for nurturing talent and fostering environments where teams can thrive. She believes that true leadership is about empowering others, a principle she lives by in every project she undertakes.
Remco Sijtzema
Lead Photographer & Videographer
Remco has been telling stories through his lens since 2013. After completing his photography studies, he set out to capture not just images, but emotion, working with both global corporations and local businesses, and traveling as far as Colombia and Nepal to document people, cultures, and places with depth and honesty.
He joined Crafters & Drifters in 2020 as our Lead Photographer and Videographer, bringing a clear vision and a calm, human touch to every shoot. For Remco, photography is more than a job, it’s a dialogue. A silent dance between subject and storyteller. A universal language that speaks in feeling rather than words.
What inspires him most? People. Real, unfiltered moments. That fleeting second of connection when everything aligns and a story is told without saying a thing.

Videographer & Drone Pilot
Daniel Budaes is a visual storyteller who sees the world from a unique perspective, quite literally. As a skilled drone pilot and videographer, he captures breathtaking aerial footage that transforms ordinary scenes into extraordinary narratives.
